At Funky Labels, we stand by the quality of our products showcased on our website. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we’re happy to offer a replacement, refund, or repair for items that are not made to order. If your made to order and you are not happy with your order, please call us on 01823 66054 so we can help rectify the situation.

Please note, as our items are made-to-order, refunds or replacements aren’t applicable for typing errors, normal wear and tear, or changes of mind.

For faulty items, contact us at info@funkylabels.co.uk or call us at 01823 660054 for return instructions. We may request a return for quality inspection.

Refunds typically take up to 2 weeks once we receive the returned items.

Please be aware that while we strive to deliver promptly, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Additionally, under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, non-personalised, non-customised, and non-made-to-order goods can be cancelled and returned within 14 days of receipt. As the majority of Funky Labels products are made to order according to the design, colour and personalisation selections made by the consumer at the time of purchase, they are excluded from this clause. This does not affect your statatory rights.
